1. Question: Is there a way to share search criteria between Enterprise users?
Answer: No, that is not possible.
2. Question: Is there a way to limit the number of records returned in a search?
Answer: Yes. Click the User Settings tab from the Edit–Configuration menu and enter the preferred maximum number; 2000 in the example below.
