AgWare, Inc. is a software company based in South Dakota that develops and maintains efficient, easy-to-use, and flexible tools for processing agricultural appraisals.
In 1986, a group of Accredited Rural Appraisers began developing a standard appraisal report that would capture the appraisal methodology taught by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). After several years of extensive testing, they developed the Uniform Agricultural Appraisal Report, or UAAR®. AgWare’s DataLog and ClickForms applications soon became the data management and automated UAAR solutions for thousands of appraisers across the U.S. and Canada.
AgWare later began developing scalable applications to meet the needs of internet-based enterprise models. This culminated in Maven, a web application add-on for DataLog and Clickforms.
