- Added feature to enter APN parcels on subjects
- Added a grid to manage improvement quality types. This can be accessed by going to Setup→Type Setup and choose Improvement Qualities.
- Added a new model for Assessed value.
- Updated the valuation details page to include details specific for an Assessed Value Model.
- Land Rows in a SCA Land Mix Valuation are now allocated using the Ratio values entered for the Subject, instead of using the Ratios from the top Sale Comparison. If Ratios are not entered for the Subject then the Sale Comparison Ratios will be used as they were before.
- Added attribute values in the sale comparison search.
