- Appraisal Field Set and Custom Field Set should be able to be cleared out in the Model Configuration form.
- It should no longer be possible to open a Valuation for editing if it is in a Finalized or Requires Revaluation state if it has open WIP (Saved with warnings) data.
- Appraiser Comments field in the Valuation Details form limited to 2000 characters.
