November 2013 Newsletter

Things continue to be busy here at AgWare. It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Appraisers seem to be plenty busy as well. Hopefully everyone can find the time to enjoy a turkey dinner.

User Meeting Update
Thank you to everyone who attended, or sent in suggestions for the Annual User Meeting this year. We had a good discussion about what AgWare needs in order to move ClickFORMS and Datalog to the next level. Notes from the discussion are available for download.
New Team Member
In August, AgWare welcomed new team member Taylor Newkirk. Taylor will be helping with customer management, customer support, and testing AgWare software. She is working remotely from Austin, Texas. That means we will still have someone answering phones during Midwest blizzards!
Come See us in Reno at the ASFMRA National Meeting
AgWare is holding a training class and exhibiting at the ASFMRA National Meeting in Reno, Nevada this week. If you are attending the meeting be sure to stop by and say hello.
USPAP Form Changes
The new 2014-2015 USPAP will take effect January 1st, 2014. The two items affecting ClickFORMS are renaming the “Restricted Use Appraisal Report” to “Restricted Appraisal Report” and removing the “Summary Report” term. A ClickFORMS release with those changes will be available in a few weeks. If you have other forms you believe are impacted by this USPAP update please contact AgWare.

New DataLog Update – Version 3.2.7
For Enterprise users there were changes to the server, so be sure to wait for the update from your IT departments.

AgWare DataLog 3.2.7 is now available. The biggest change is new options for calculating improvement depreciation. More details on all of the changes are in the Full Release Notes for DataLog.
