AgWare ClickFORMS is the comprehensive, report-generating component of the software suite. Choose from a variety of report formats including UAAR and UCRR and select forms from the Forms Library to build an appraisal report. This flexibility allows the appraiser to tailor the report to the client’s specifications and the subject property's complexities. ClickFORMS uses a ribbon header similar to that for MS Office. A sample template is shown on the left side of the image below; the Toolbox containing the Forms Library, the Map Labels, and the Photosheet anchor the right side of the window.
The image above shows how the Forms Library is organized into folders. A Find text box speeds the search for a particular form.
ClickFORMS offers several choices for pre-formatted templates. Appraisers can also create any number of their own templates.
