With the annually renewable Subscription you always have the newest version of the program for the lowest possible cost. The subscription includes:

▪ All enhancements and updates made to the program during the 12-month period
▪ A free advanced training seminar at the ASFMRA annual conference
▪ Monthly newsletters
▪ An open forum to voice your appraisal needs at our free Annual User Meeting

Finally, you have peace of mind. There is no need to purchase a new program every couple of years to keep up with technology and the new standards of the appraisal industry. Your software will remain USPAP-compliant with your paid subscription renewal fee.

Three primary updates:

● Microsoft changes to Office and/or Windows (AgWare operates in these applications)
● Appraisal methodology changes
● USPAP changes

Subscription Renewal Fees

Standard Edition - $500.00 per 12 months. This is a required fee.

Small Business Edition - $600.00 per 12 months. This is optional.

Enterprise Edition - $800.00 per 12 months. This is optional.
