UAAR Maintenance

The Maintenance Program creates a way for UAAR^®users to always have the newest version of the program without purchasing it at the retail price. On this annual contract you will receive:

▪ Any enhancements or changes made to the program during the 12-month period
▪ A free advanced training seminar at the ASFMRA annual convention
▪ Monthly newsletters
▪ An open forum to voice your appraisal needs at our Annual User Meeting

Finally, the peace of mind that you will not have to purchase a new program every couple of years to keep up with technology and the new standards of the appraisal industry.

Three main reasons for updates:

● Microsoft changes to Office and/or Windows (UAAR^® operates in these applications)
● Appraisal methodology changes
● USPAP changes

Please note that Maintenance and Support are two different items. Maintenance keeps you on the current version of the program at all times, while Support assists you if you have problems working with the program. UAAR Standard Annual Maintenance

The Standard Annual Edition Maintenance Program cost for the July 1st, 2007 – July 1st, 2008 maintenance term is $500.00. This is a required fee.

UAAR Small Business Maintenance

The Small Business Edition Maintenance Program cost for the July 1st, 2007 – July 1st, 2008 maintenance term is $600.00.

UAAR Enterprise Maintenance

The Enterprise Edition Maintenance Program cost for the July 1st, 2007 – July 1st, 2008 maintenance term is $800.00.
