For
independent users that need to keep costs down, our UAAR Standard
Annual Edition
is the solution. This edition is available on a one year
subscription basis. This is different from our current edition. If you do
not continue to pay the required yearly license fee, the software will lock down after one year
and you will not be able to enter new sales.

UAAR Small Business Edition provides a solution for
users who need to share sales between users. A network drive will be used to store
shared sales instead of a SQL Server. This will provide basic functionality
to share sales with a group of appraisers.
