UCRR, or "Uniform Country Residential Report" is our new format for appraising rural residential properties. Rather than ask the appraiser to force this type of appraisal to fit into either the URAR or UAAR format, AgWare designed a better alternative: UCRR.

Unlike UCRR, neither the URAR (1004) nor the UAAR reports formats are designed to address the following two issues:
All AgWare report formats are created by the same product. The UCRR format does not use a separate sales database or report writer. All of the previously existing forms are integrated with the new UCRR format. This allows appraisers an amazing amount of flexibility in designing a report.
When a sale is entered into DataLog, the format is the same regardless of the type of appraisal to be created. The single difference between agricultural and rural residential sales is the amount of detail entered for the primary residence. Once a report is begun, sales can be imported in either a UAAR or UCRR format.
No, not at this time. We are working toward that end. UCRR is new, therefore it cannot be used when the 1004 format is explicitly required.
