Number the Sales in a Report

Once they have been arranged in preferred sequence, it is important to number the sales in a report. Renumbering sales inside a report does NOT affect the DataLog. The Auto Number tool is located on the Tools tab on the ribbon.

 In the example below, Sale CS.02 would likely be renumbered as Sale #1, with subsequent sales numbered as #2 and so on. Individual sales can be numbered either manually by assigning a sale number in sale number cell on the sale sheet (shown below), or they can be numbered automatically as a group.

Renumber them all at once by clicking Auto Number Sales from the Tool tab on the ribbon, as shown here.

The software will renumber the sales in sequence as they exist in the Forms Manager, as shown below. Sales can now be imported into the approach pages by using their new numbers.

Otherwise, renumber the sales manually by entering the appropriate number in the Sale # cell on the first page of the sale (upper right corner).

The sales can now be transferred into the approach pages using their Sale #s.
