To copy information from an Excel Worksheet to an exhibit form in ClickFORMS, start by running both ClickFORMS and Microsoft Excel and then open the files you want to use.
Starting with the Excel file, highlight the information you want to copy to ClickFORMS.

Then hold down the Shift key and click on the Edit menu. There should be an option called “Copy Picture” – select this option.

Then an option box will come up asking you a couple of questions. The first item refers to Appearance and the second item refers to Format. For Appearance, you want to select “As shown when printed”. The other options will copy the information to the Exhibit page, but they will not look as nice.

Now go to your report in ClickFORMS and click on the Exhibit page you want to copy the information to. Right click on the blank cell and select Paste or go to the Edit menu and select Paste.

The copied information should now be pasted into your Exhibit page (in this example, the exhibit is called “Legal Description I”).

If you need to adjust the size of the pasted information, right click on the image and select "Cell Preferences".
The Cell Preferences screen will come up defaulting to the Graphics tab.

“Fit To the Frame” stretches the image so that it goes to all four borders of the exhibit, “Keep Aspect Ratio” maintains the original size of the image so that it doesn’t stretch out of proportion, “Center Image” centers the image in the cell, and “Draw Cell Frame” creates a border around the exhibit similar to the image below.
If you unselect “Fit To the Frame”, the Scale becomes active and you can manually adjust the size of the image by percent.
Click on "OK" to save your changes.
