Copy Excel Data into an Exhibit Page

1. In Excel 2007, select page or cells to copy.

2. Click the Paste button and choose As Picture-->Copy As Picture.

3. Choose As shown when printed.

4. Right click into the exhibit cell in ClickFORMS and choose Paste.

5. To make adjustments in version 6.0, R-click on image to open menu and choose Cell Preference (shown below). Otherwise, in version 7.0 click on the Cell tab on the ribbon for the updated location for Graphics options.

6. The Center Image option was selected for the example below. Click off of the page to refresh the screen and then return in order to see the result.

For Excel 2003 users:

7. Select the cells to be copied.

8. Press Shift+Edit and then Copy as Picture.

9. Choose As printed in the dialog box.

10. Uncheck the Keep Ratio option. Determine orientation as desired.
