This is a simple process that uses the drag/drop or copy/paste method. Datalog must be open; open a new email message – Microsoft Outlook is used in the following example.
Drag and drop method: Both the blank email message and the Datalog must be in view. Enter in the recipient of the email and the subject. From Datalog, select the sales that are to be emailed – four sales are selected in the example below. Left click and hold on the selected sales and drag them to the body of the email message. The mouse should change to a white arrow with a dotted box below it; if it doesn't, try the drag/drop step again. The four sales should attach to the email message as shown below.

Copy/paste method: The blank email message and Datalog should both be in view. Enter in the recipient of the email and the subject. In Datalog, select the sales to be emailed – four sales are selected in the example below. Click on the “Transfer Sales” button and select “Copy Sales to Clipboard." In the email message right click in the body of the message and select “Paste." The four sales copied in the datalog should now be pasted into the email message.
Click Send!
Use the same methods outlined above to transfer the sales from an email message to DataLog.
