Insert a Digital Signature

Main Help Page.

How do I insert a Digital Signature?

Before you start this process, ensure that you have a signature image (jpeg file) on your computer, and that you have an “Appraiser Certification” page in your report, otherwise the process will not work. If you want 2 appraiser signatures, use the “Appraiser Multiple Cert” page.

For Primary appraiser signature:

Click on the Sign Report Icon

Click the Setup button in the window that opens.

Then load the desired signature file by clicking on the Load button.

Once loaded, adjust the signature so that it fits between the solid base line and the dotted line above it. Drag the scale button on the far left to resize. Drag the signature itself to reposition it.

Click “OK", then click “Affix." The signature should be visible on the “Appraiser Certification” page signature line.

For Co-Appraiser Signature:

Click the Sign Report icon as previously described. In the Select Action window, choose “Affix Signature as Co-Appraiser.”Click Setup > Load.  Choose "Affix" if the desired signature in the preview area. If not, the image file must be cleared and the second signature must be loaded.

To do this select Clear > Yes.

Click Load. Find the image file of the co-appraiser’s signature and select Open; adjust the size of the image. Once the image is the desirable size, click OK, then click Affix. Both signatures should now be loaded into the signature page.

Removing a Signature

If the digital signature is not satisfactory, you can remove it and try again.

Choose Tools > Signatures. In the “Select Action” box, select the signature that you wish to remove and then click the desired action and remove it.

Once you click “Remove”, the Signature box will disappear and the signature should be removed from the page. Restart the process to add the signature again.
