First make sure that you have an “Appraiser Certification” page in your report before you start, otherwise the process will not work. If you want two (2) appraiser signatures, make sure to use the “Appraiser Multiple Cert” page.
Go to Tools > Signatures.

Make sure that in the drop box of the “Select Action” box, it states “Affix Signature as Appraiser”. Click on Setup > Load > find the file that the signature was scanned to > click on Open.

Adjust the signature so that it is the correct size and in the correct location by using the arrow on the far left. This adjusts the size of the signature.

Click on “OK”. Then click on “Affix”. The signature should now be loaded into the “Appraiser Certification” page.
If you find, after you affix the signature, that the size is not correct on the certification page, go back to Tools > Signatures > Setup > and adjust the signature by moving the arrow on the far left up and down.
Go to Tools > Signatures.

Make sure that in the “Select Action” box “Affix Signature as Co-Appraiser” is highlighted. Then click on Setup > Load.

You may have to select Clear > Yes to eliminate the previous signature that was loaded.

Now click on Load. Find the file of co-appraiser’s signature and select Open, then adjust the size of the image. Once the image is the desirable size, click on OK, then click on Affix. Both signatures should now be loaded into the signature page.

If you find that you do not like how the digital signature turned out on the page, you can remove the signature and try again.
Go to Tools > Signatures. In the “Select Action” box, select the signature that you wish to remove and then click on “Remove Appraiser Signature”.

Once you click on “Remove”, the Signature box will disappear and the signature should be removed from the page. Now start the process over at the beginning to add the signature again.
