DataLog Image Optimizer

This tool can help reduce the size of the sale file by reducing the size of its attachments.

Open the DataLog-->Select a sale that has attachments. Open the sale editor and scroll down to the attachments section.  Click on the Optimize button.

A window will open as seen in the example below. DataLog will automatically choose an option. In the example below, "Exhibit" was suggested for the first two images and "Do Nothing" was suggested for the others--see the corresponding radio buttons that are selected.

At this point, the user must decide whether or not to accept the recommended option(s). If more information is desired, click on the "I Need Help" button. An information window will open:

As seen in the second image above, the user has the option to choose the OK-Optimize button. Once optimization is complete, a pop-up will appear to alert the user as to the new file size as seen in the image below.
