7. How Do I Create a Sale from an Appraisal Report?

Creating a sale from the subject of an appraisal report is a simple process.

Open up the report that you want to create the UAAR sale from. Go to the File menu and select Export To > Clipboard as UAAR Sale.

Now open the UAAR DataLog.  Click to select the folder you want to put the sale in.

Then click on the Transfer Sales button and select Paste Sale.

You will now see that the sale is pasted into the folder you selected.
