Once you have downloaded BOTH the UAAR ClickFORMS v.4.6 and the UAAR DataLog [1.4.5], you will have to enter unlocking numbers for both programs in order to use them.
ClickFORMS registration is the same as before. If you are upgrading to the 2006 program, you do not have to re-register ClickFORMS. If you are a new user, you will have to register and unlock ClickFORMS.
To do that, go to the Help menu in ClickFORMS and click on Registration. A Registration box will appear. Please fill out all necessary information in all three (3) tabs. On the final Registration tab, enter the User Name and a 7-digit number will appear. Please fax, email, or phone this 7-digit number for issuance of your Owner Serial and Unlocking numbers to:
After getting the Unlocking number, we suggest that you do a print screen of this page and keep it with your program. If you need to re-register the program, you will have the information correct and it will ensure for easy restart.
