Image optimizer

Users can now optimize images that are attached to a sale.

Spell Check

Spell Check is now available in each cell as well as within comments in the Sale Editor.  With the cell in question selected, click Tools-->Spell Check Cell, or Ctrl+F7 to begin the process (seen in image below).

Analysis Reports

The Time Adjustment feature of the Land Analysis Report now works correctly; the percentage of adjustment is displayed above the grid as seen below:

Excel Import Fix

The Excel Conversion Tool will no longer fail due to an invalid sale date in the converted sale.

Land values will now automatically calculate when importing Excel spreadsheets into DataLog.  If acres and ratios are already imported, the $/Acre data will fill for the land types.

Cursor Position

We believe we've addressed the problematic cursor position when editing comments. Some users reported that the cursor did not line up correctly with the text insertion point. If you continue to experience this problem, please let us know by emailing support@uaar.net.
