New Shortcuts Under "Help"

A new "Join Online Meeting" button option has been added. If it becomes necessary for AgWare to access your computer in order to diagnose/treat a bug, this shortcut quickly sets you up for an online meeting.

An option to quickly jump you to the AgWare homepage on the internet has been added for your convenience. Check it out by clicking on Help-->AgWare Homepage.

Real Time Calculations

When editing a sale, the difference between land mix and improvement grid previously would not update in real time; the sale had to be saved in order for the update to occur. Now, the calculations occur on the fly and you can see the changes as they happen.

LAND LISTS

Deleting a Land List in the DataLog automatically deletes the List from ClickFORMS.

IMPORTING EXCEL

Users may now import Excel sales files directly into the DataLog sales grid! This is probably the most exciting new feature for this update. The process begins with selecting Convert Excel File from the Conversion Tools option on the left side of the DataLog window.

The conversion continues with choosing an Excel file to import as a new sale (or sales) and selecting a destination folder for the converted file. Options include use of templates, select/add/delete/modify mapping options, and more, as seen below.

Detailed instructions on how to complete a conversion are available here:  Excel File Conversion

Enterprise Issues

Two primary improvements for Enterprise users have been completed. These include:

-The startup time has decreased.

-The delete sale function is now operating correctly for users who are assigned the DeleteSale role.

Also:

-A sale that is open for editing can no longer be posted. It can be posted once editing is complete and the changes saved.

- The allowed data type for Improvement size has been changed from an integer to a real number.  This will allow improvement sizes to contain decimals.
