AgWare DataLog Version 2.0

AgWare has released a new version of DataLog and ClickFORMS. The new version reflects numerous changes that enable the appraiser to work with and analyze a wider range of sales. To help support and standardize the rural residential market, AgWare has developed a set of approach and sale pages for a new UCRR or Uniform Country Residential Report. What follows is an overview of the changes; details about the new forms are found in the ClickFORMS release notes.

DataLog Changes

There are two main changes to the DataLog.

1. The top section of the sale sheet has been adjusted to remove un-needed fields and add new fields that had been commonly requested. See the graphic below.

2. A new ability to expand improvements allows entry of full improvement details.

There are three UAAR Sale Sheets: Short, Long with 10 improvements, and Long with 20 improvements.

Revision of these forms is limited to the Sale Analysis section on the upper portion of the sheet. The changes were made in order to remove unwanted fields and to add requested fields; these are identified in the graphic below. The previous versions remain available in the Outdated Forms folder in the Sales Forms section of the Forms Library.

The DataLog has always allowed data input for a total of 20 improvements per sale. Each improvement can now be expanded to a full page allowing the DataLog to track a great amount of detail. The expanded improvement option (below) allows the user to identify the improvement type as either generic or house. Both types include an image, a comment block, and a set of data points for description. For the generic type, all data points are open fields, whereas the house type has a group of fixed values similar to those used in the URAR form.
