Download UAAR DataLog Version 1.6.2
Note for Enterprise Administrators: This version does require that scripts be run to update the SQL Database. Please contact AgWare for more information and to obtain the scripts.
Some Windows Vista users experienced problems when editing sales that contained attachments. These problems have been fixed.
A new Zoom menu has been added to the Sale Editor. This feature will enlarge all of the fields on the screen. In addition to the zoom option, text size has been increased by two points for comment sections of the Sale Editor, making them easier to read.

Once the Reproduction/Replacement option was selected, there was no way to clear it. This has been changed so that when these options have the focus, pressing the Delete key will clear the option. In addition, when "Unimproved" is selected, the Reproduction/Replacement option will be cleared automatically.
Two new report options have been added to Analyze Land Report. After opening the report, a new “Options” button will appear on the right side of the screen. It will provide an option to show additional statistics as part of the summary information. Clicking the checkbox will add Standard Deviation and Median columns to the summary grid.
The second option is “Time Adjust Sales”. This option will time adjust the sales before they are used to produce the summary information. This will result in Low, Average, Weighted Average, and High (Standard Deviation and Median if shown) values being calculated from time adjusted data. The distribution grid will also reflect the adjusted numbers. The price per acre in all three tabs will show the adjusted price per acre when this option is selected.
On the “Sales” tab, the land mix price per acre is adjusted. The Net Price and Overall $/Acre price are not adjusted.

The Improvement Report does not contain these additional options.
When closing a sale window you will no longer be "asked" if you want to save the sale. Instead the sale will automatically be saved. If you made changes to a sale and do not wish to save the sale, you must choose a new menu option. "Sale -> Close without Saving" will allow you to close the sale without saving changes. The "Saving Changes" message floats over your sale data during the save.

You can now select multiple items directly in the grid filter drop-down. Previously you needed to set up a "Custom" filter in order to select more than one item. Now you can click on the checkboxes in the drop-down list to filter with more than one item. This can be especially helpful if filtering by county.

Online Folders is a new service offered by AgWare. This service will allow multiple users to share a sales folder using our Online server. For small groups with no central server and for the single appraiser who needs to use both a laptop and a desktop computer, the Online Database provides a quick and easy way to keep sales synchronized.
In order to support Online Folder, a new runtime is required by the DataLog. This is for the SQL Native Client 9.0. When running the install in interactive mode, the new runtime will automatically be installed. When running a silent install, you can skip the runtime install by passing the flag /INSTALLNATIVECLIENT=false on the command line.
AgWare believes that this prerequisite will not cause any problems with our users' systems. However, AgWare understands that many corporate infrastructures closely review what is installed on their computers. We choose to provide the command line switch to bypass this part of the install for this reason.
More information about the SQL Native Client installs on your system can be found on Microsoft's web page for SQL Native Client.
