Download Update 1 for UAAR ClickFORMS Version 5.4
Update 1 updates the FEMA Flood and FSA environmental inspection forms. There were no other program changes to UAAR ClickFORMS. This update allows users to meet the June 16th deadline for updating the FEMA flood form to the new version.
If you do not use either of these forms there is not reason to apply this update. The next full release of UAAR ClickFORMS will also include these updates.
In order to run this update you must already have UAAR ClickFORMS version 5.4 installed.
Old Form: FEMA Flood 12-05
New Form: FEMA Flood 12-08

What Changed: The new form has an updated expiration date of December 31, 2011.
The following quote was taken from the FEMA Webpage for Form 81-93.
FEMA Form 81-93, Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF), which expired on October 31, 2008 has been replaced by FEMA Form 81-93, Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF) with a December 31, 2011 expiration date. To allow users of the Form time to update their systems to the new version, the effective date for mandatory use of the new Form will be June 16, 2009. SFHDFs completed on or after that date must be completed using the new Form for compliance purposes.

What Changed: Page two of this form did not print correctly. Extra large margins were applied that shrunk the page text when printed. This has been corrected.
Several misspellings on this form have also been corrected.
